Pagave Salon is a modern, high-end salon with a strong focus on client experience and seamless booking. I worked on ongoing website management and improvements to ensure the site felt polished, functional, and easy to navigate.

My work included updating layout and content, improving overall user experience, and implementing a more streamlined booking flow. I also integrated an AI chatbot to assist with client inquiries and support, helping reduce friction in the booking process.

In addition, I refined the booking software setup to make scheduling more intuitive for both clients and staff, while handling ongoing troubleshooting and site updates as needed.
